LIMITED WARRANTY All new systems/parts are sold with a sixty (60) days warranty and used or
refurbished systems/parts with a thirty (30) days warranty, unless
otherwise stated. Coverage is for items that are received in a non-working
state and those that have ceased to function within the time period given.
We will not be responsible for damages (accidental or intentional) to
system by owner, natural disaster/elements, accidental damage or any other
third party. Natural disasters or elements refer to things such as storm,
hurricane, earthquake, flooding, tornado, ail, rain and snow etc. There is
no warranty for used or refurbished batteries sold with laptops unless
specifically stated. Warranty becomes void
if ownership of unit is transferred. Please check
specified warranty for all other battery purchase. All domestic purchases are shipped within 2-4 business days (approximate time when order will leave our facility) and is shipped via the United States Postal Service or other shipping carrier. Upon shipping a tracking number will be provided. Domestic purchases may be shipped with signature/delivery confirmation requirement. Revised 6/28/04/. All overseas purchases are shipped within 3-6 business days (approximate time when order will leave our facility) and is shipped via the United States Postal Service or other shipping carrier. Upon shipping a tracking number will be provided, however this is not guaranteed. Due to the nature of overseas transactions, we will not be responsible for items lost in the mail or delayed delivery due to customs. Buyers are responsible for paying all applicable customs fees. Revised 6/28/04 Systems sent in for parts upgrade or repairs must be insured and tracking purchased for the package. Laptop-we-R will not be responsible for damages to units in transit. All upgrades/repairs, which include the installation of parts, are covered by our sixty (60) days warranty; limited to parts installed by Laptops-we-R. Repairs that are entirely based on labor are covered by our thirty days warranty. Units submitted for repairs will be returned via United Sates Postal Service; parcel post 5-10 days. Systems sent in for repairs are only warranted for parts that have been installed by Laptops-we-R. Once a system is opened or an installed component tampered with warranty becomes void. Under no condition is there allowance for buyers’ remorse. All damaged items will be accessed for dismantling/tampering and if the product has been dismantled/tampered with by the customer; all repair expense will be charged to the customer. All items returned by the customer due to damages not associated with the customer will be repaired or replaced at our own discretion and expense. All returns due to buyers’ remorse or wrong orders will be charged a 20% restock fee. Upon receipt the item will be checked for cosmetic and functional damages. All such damages will be expensed to the customer. All refunds will be issued via the payment method payment was received and will be expedited within two weeks. In such an instance shipping cost is non refundable (Returns due to buyers’ remorse/wrong order). All non-defective items returned for refund are subjected to our restock fee. In the case of a defective return that we cannot replace, a full refund including shipping will be given. Laptops-we-R will not be responsible for disputes that customers may have with any third party company advertised or used by this site. All such issues must be resolved with those organizations. Laptops we R will not be liable for disputes, lost of property, stolen identity, misuse of information or any kind of abuse as a result of dealing with these companies/organizations. IT IS THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY TO READ THIS WARRANTY AGREEMENT. BY MAKING A PURCHASE YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE READ AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THE TERMS OF YOUR PURCHASE.
